Diversity and cross-cultural management studies, international/global leadership, social inclusion and exclusion in employment participation, diversity open human resource management practices and management issues in organisational and customer interactions relating to diversity/dissimilarity, immigration and culture.
The aim of this research program is to improve employment opportunities, management practices, work processes and conditions, and employee well-being by identifying the system and individual factors predicting positive and negative diversity effects and the effect of management practices and ideologies on social harmony in diverse and cross-cultural settings.
