Organisational Culture and Climate Factors and Individual Behavioural, Cognitive, Emotional, Attitudinal, and Motivational Factors Affecting Consumer Behaviour and Employee and Workgroup Performance, Satisfaction, and Well-Being.

The aim of this research program is to identify features of leadership and management systems which promote positive and healthy work environments and minimise destructive behaviours such as bullying, exclusion and disengagement.
