EDUCATION

I approach issues of concern to leaders, policy-makers, employees and other business stakeholders with the aim of identifying better management methods which in addition to improving economics also improve quality of work life, cross-cultural relations, employee and community well being, social justice, and achievement of personal and organisational work goals.  Some of my current projects look at complaint behaviour management, bullying and toxic emotional environments, healthy organisational environments, social inclusion, human development, positive leadership, psychological and social capital, conflict management, positive change management, motivation, caregiving, migrant workers, indigenous employment issues and creating diversity open organisations.
